Iván Zamora
Designer

Iván joined Tirschwell & Co., Inc. at the end of 2020 as a Designer. In 2019, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador. While there, he worked as an intern for the robotics department where he had the opportunity to produce the special effects of many shows. Ivan's undergraduate work - based on the use of raw EEG signals for controlling peripheral devices using a Python interface and an IoT protocol- was published at the IEEE 2019 CHILECON conference.

In 2020, he obtained his Master’s degree in Lighting Design from the New York School of Interior Design. He was also the recipient of the 2020 IESNYC Thesis Award.

Iván is very interested in general culture, politics, science, and technology.
